How does your process work?We start with a discovery brief where you share your vision, industry, and preferences. From there, we research, sketch concepts, and present initial designs. After your feedback, we refine until you’re completely satisfied — then deliver your final files.
What do you need to get started?Just fill out our brief with your business name, industry, target audience, style preferences, and any inspiration or reference logos you love. The more detail you share, the better we can capture your vision from the first concept.
What formats will I receive?You’ll receive a complete file package including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and SVG formats — covering both print and digital use. Files are delivered in full color, black, white, and transparent background versions.
Can I request revisions?Absolutely. Every package includes a set number of revision rounds so we can fine-tune the design until it feels exactly right. Additional rounds beyond your package can always be arranged.
Can you design other branding materials?Yes! Beyond logos, we create full brand identity packages including business cards, letterheads, social media kits, brand style guides, packaging, and more. Just let us know what you need.
Website Design FAQ’s
Each package includes custom website design, responsive layout for all devices, basic SEO setup, contact form integration, and a final review before launch. Higher-tier packages also include additional pages, animations, and priority support — so there’s an option that fits every need and budget.
Most websites are completed within 1–3 weeks depending on the package and how quickly feedback is provided. A simple one-page site can be ready in just a few days, while larger multi-page projects may take a little longer. We’ll agree on a clear timeline before we begin.
To kick things off smoothly, we’ll need the following:
- Domain & Hosting Access — login credentials or admin access to your domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap) and hosting account (e.g. cPanel, Cloudways). If you don’t have a domain or hosting yet, we can help you set that up too.
- Brand Assets — your logo, brand colors, fonts, and any existing graphics or photos you’d like to use.
- Website Content — the text for each page (About, Services, Contact, etc.). If you need help writing it, we offer copywriting support.
- Style Preferences — reference websites you like or a general idea of the look and feel you’re going for.
- Pages & Features — a list of pages you need and any special features like booking forms, galleries, or e-commerce.
The more you share upfront, the faster and smoother the process will be. And if you’re unsure about anything, don’t worry — we’ll walk you through everything during our onboarding call.
